In Buddhism, nothing has a Self. So Binh Duong ALSO does not have a Self !
That means, Binh Duong today is not the same as Binh Duong yesterday and could certainly never be as BinhDuong ... tomorrow !

Binh Duong today is a multiculture-Society in creation !
Today you could find everywhere in BinhDuong downtown Vietnamese from the North, from the Middle, from the very South of Vietnam. You see Chinese and sometime also people from others countries : from Korean, from Japan, from India ...
So, the evolution of Binh Duong is at very high speed !
Today, you could also find (most of) delicious Vietnamese food in Binh Duong !
So what ?

BinhDuong today is also a ... crazy society ...
Some refugees are invited to come back and take part in modernizing the society, while many not-successful refugees ( people who tried to go away years ago, but not successful , and so loosen their jobs ) and some never-want-to-be refugees ( people who never thought to go away ) with very high education are still ... jobless ten of years after the war ...
So what ?
